Hydro Guard Water Sciences™ model HDG-i4000(2) sanitary filter cartridges utilize TriTek filtration media to effectively address contaminants of health concern while addressing the growth of bacteria on the filter media and reducing scale buildup on equipment.

Hydro Guard™ HDG-i4000(2) are simple, quick and clean. The internal filter parts are never exposed to handling or contamination and offer true sanitary filter cartridge benefits for ease of use and optimal performance. The HDG-i4000(2) (also part number HDG-EV9612-32) cartridge reduces Cysts, VOC’s, scale, chlorine taste and odor and other offensive contaminants that can adversely affect the taste of beverages. The TriTek filtration media for enhanced performance provides superior chlorine taste and odor reduction.

The Hydro Guard™ HDG-i4000(2) sanitary filter cartridges micro-filter dirt and particles as small as 0.2 micron in size by mechanical filtration technology and are tested to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 to reduce cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia.

the taste of ice, coffee and other beverages. They are ideal for commercial use, aid to keep ice machines running at a more efficient capacity and gives users the peace of mind they expect from a sanitary cartridge.
