Hydro Guard Water Sciences™ model HDG-MC2 sanitary filter cartridges utilize TriTek filtration media to effectively address contaminants of health concern while addressing the growth of bacteria on the filter media.

Hydro Guard™ HDG-MC2 are simple, quick and clean. The internal filter parts are never exposed to handling or contamination and offer true sanitary filter cartridge benefits for ease of use and optimal performance. The HDG-MC2 (HDG-EV9612-56) cartridge reduces Cysts, VOC’s, chlorine taste and odor and other offensive contaminants that can adversely affect the taste of beverages. The TriTek filtration media for enhanced performance provides superior chlorine taste and odor reduction.

The Hydro Guard™ HDG-MC2 sanitary filter cartridges micro-filter dirt and particles as small as 0.5 micron in size by mechanical filtration technology and are NSF/ANSI Standard 42 certified to reduce cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia.

Hydro Guard™ HDG-MC2 sanitary filter cartridges drastically improve the taste of fountain beverages and helps drinks retain their carbonation. They are ideal for commercial use and gives users the peace of mind they expect from a sanitary cartridge.
