Hydro Guard Water Sciences™ model HDG-H100 sanitary filter cartridges utilize TriTek Bacteriostatic Filtration Media with Cyst Barrier Media to effectively address contaminants of health concern. The HDG-H100 cartridge reduces contaminants such as Asbestos and Cysts while inhibiting the growth of bacteria on the filter media and reducing scale buildup on ice maker lines and fixtures.
Hydro GuardTM HDG-H100 are simple, quick and clean. The internal filter parts are never exposed to handling or contamination and offer true sanitary filter cartridge benefits for ease of use and optimal performance. The HDG-H100 (also part number HDG-EV9611-16) cartridge reduces Cysts, Asbestos, scale, chlorine taste and odor and other offensive contaminants that can adversely affect the taste of water. Filtration Media incorporates antibacterial media for enhanced bacteriostatic performance and provides superior chlorine taste and odor reduction.
The Hydro GuardTM HDG-H100 sanitary filter cartridges micro-filter dirt and particles as small as 0.5 micron in size by mechanical filtration technology and are tested to NSF/ANSI 53 standards to reduce Cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia.
Hydro GuardTM HDG-H100 sanitary filter cartridges drastically improve the taste of ice, coffee and other beverages. They are ideal for commercial use, aid to keep ice machines running at a more efficient capacity and gives users the peace of mind they expect from a sanitary cartridge.
